Bill is an honest mechanic. I found him through AAA, after a horrible experience in Atlanta, at a AAA repair center. He explained what happened and rebuilt our transmission. We live an hour away, and have continued to use Bill's. It is well worth the drive. He is patient and explains things that needs to be done and if you don't understand he explains it again. :) We really appreciate having an honest mechanic.
