Bill runs a family owned business, they are very knowledgeable about transmissions, they took the time to run a diagnosis on our vehicle, and explain what our options were. Bill goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and will go the extra mile to ensure you get a fair quote. Although we didn't get our car fixed here, Bill let us keep the car there overnight and was just really cool about everything!
